  • Construction of a Sounds Stage & Technopole building.

The building to be built is of the R+4 type, with a footprint of 2,755 m2 including filming studios, technical dressing rooms, carpentry workshops, backstage areas, a hall, offices, classrooms , tutorial rooms, rooms for teachers, refectories, tracer rooms, green screen studios, bathrooms and clearances.

  • Construction of a course building.

The building to be built is of the R+4 type, with a footprint of 4,648.64 m2, including halls, administrative offices, classrooms, rooms for teachers, a laboratory, technical offices , a storage room, tutorial rooms, the storage room, carpentry, sewing and costume workshop, bathrooms and hallways.

Construction of a closed shopping center, made up of boutiques, stores, exhibition galleries, equipped with a modular performance hall with 3,000 seats, several meeting rooms, seminars, forums, a gallery of 12 restaurants, an incubator broadcasting for Urban Radio & Television, offices and post-production and dubbing studios. Several underground and outdoor car parks, changing rooms, a server and a technical center for Radio & Television. The building to be constructed is of type R+4, with a footprint of 8,345.69 m2.

  • Construction of a gymnasium

The Gymnasium to be built is a single-storey building with a footprint of 2160.00 m2 and composed of a reception area, a room for ticketing, an ammans room, offices, stores, massage rooms , weight rooms, a swimming pool, a relaxation lounge, saunas, terraces, bathrooms and changing rooms.

  • Open sports complex

The sports complex to be built occupies a footprint of 2,502.28 m2 consisting of playing areas for the following disciplines: basketball, volleyball, tennis and handball.

  • Agora & esplanade

The Agora & esplanade to be built occupies a footprint of 5,153.74 m2.

Arrangement of outdoor spaces and VRD

The green spaces, parking lots, bicycle parking, and paved areas to be created cover an area of ​​1,0900.00 m2.

Wastewater treatment and purification station (STEP) and valves
